About the Author

Helen Stembridge, CNHP, is a retired school psychologist who has owned and operated www.earthangeloils.com since 1997. She has special interest in the nature of reality, creativity and expanded consciousness. Through the years she has also studied energetic healing in order to learn about the energetic characteristics of essential oils. Helen raised two sons, and has recently become a proud grandmother.
