Cleansing & Immune-Building  Oils, Blends, & Packs

The immune-building, antiviral essential oils and blends in this category help to protect against flu, respiratory and other antibiotic-resistant viruses. Respiratory infection fighters in this category can be inhaled (diffuser, spritzer, hot water inhalation) and diluted for topical application (90% carrier with 10% essential oils). Also, one or two drops can be taken in the cheek, under the tongue, in a glass of water or spoon of honey. 

Most important influenza-fighting oils are Oregano, Ravensara with Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Bergamot, Cinnamon Leaf, Clove, Rosemary, Red Thyme, Melissa, Star Anise, and Lemon. Most frequently recommended blends are Power of Protection aka Thieves, EZ Breathing, Bronchitis Fighter, Flu Fighter, Disinfectant Household Cleanser Supreme, Viral Fighter, On Guard, and Water/Air Purifier.

For topical applications of antiviral oils & blends, we suggest Olive Oil, Jojoba, Black Cumin, or Camelina sativa seed oil,  which works well in a 90%-10% dilution with any of the above essential oil combinations.
