These warming, stimulating & relaxing essential oils & blends increase circulation to relieve pains and spasms in the legs and feet; and help to balance the metabolism and endocrine system for natural health support for diabetics.

To increase circulation & relieve pains of neuropathy, first apply the Fuse Liniment (not included, purchase separately) or other massage lotion to the feet and legs. Then apply a few drops of the following blends, as needed, to the soles of the feet while massaging deeply – also applying up each leg, including under each knee. All of the following essential oils & blends do not have to be used during each session, as the body loves to be surprised, so the applications can be alternated as desired, for best effect.
