Suggested Uses
The most effective means of applying the oils for wellness benefits (hormonal wellness and metabolic wellness) is anointing: direct application on the neck, throat and pressure points — either undiluted or diluted in nutritious cream or carrier oil as perfume and for massage & baths.
Emotional benefits are obtained by breathing the oils, either directly from the bottle, worn on aroma jewelry, or sprayed into the environment with an air diffuser or spritzer bottle.
